Overview

The 2013 Texas Legislature has enacted an eye-popping 299 changes to the Texas Family Code. Changes include first time ever legislation expressly authorizing legal fees in divorces—overruling a recent Supreme Court of Texas decision to the contrary. Hear updates on new laws on electronic filings, electronic signatures, new caps on child support guidelines, new enforcement tools for alimony and child support, and more.

A panel of family law experts share their insights on the changes and how they will affect your practice. This program is not to be missed!
