Comments from the 2020 Consumer Bankruptcy Live Webcast

Great job on handling the technical side of a completely virtual conference.

    Great experience, especially being virtual.

Really enjoy the 45 minute sessions.

    Great job making it work!

The case law update is the most essential for the written materials. Judicial commentary is always illuminating. Electronic attendance was fairly simple. Having the written materials in easy access during lectures was beneficial.

    Great selection of courses.

I thought Judge Jones' Evidence Presentation was the best. I am not really sure what Mr. French's presentation added to the conference given the later presentation which seemed to be a better version of Mr. French's. The Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Trustee's panels are too general in nature for my liking --- there could be a lot more meat in those presentations. I think the Judges from the Southern District ROCK.
