Listening to Niles question what happens when people don't do what they're supposed to in a CPACE transaction was worth the price of admission. Spoken like a true lender's lawyer. Niles is a National treasure, well maybe a TX treasure, OK maybe a TX bar treasure...in any event he's an Aggie which I appreciate.
