What was the overall quality of the course (presentation, materials, and technical delivery)?
Rate the overall teaching effectiveness and presentation skills of faculty for the course.
How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?

Excellent practitioner-oriented conference that I look forward to each year. Always really glad to see the returning speakers, who have so much depth in their practice areas. At the same time, it would be nice to see newer people give some of the regular presentations.

At one point I was unable to get the video to load and had to download audio files. I am not sure what caused that to occur.

None --- loved the topics and the speakers. I will listen to it again.

Hot Topics in Texas Land Use Law (May 2025)

A wide-ranging discussion of current issues: A Dallas response to gentrification and NIMBY-ism—will it work? Does the concept “gentle density” really increase housing stock? Why have so many parking spaces disappeared in Texas cities? And our perennial topic: how are Texas courts now addressing municipal regulation of short-term rentals, and have we learned anything new? These topics and more are addressed in this presentation.
