What was the overall quality of the course (presentation, materials, and technical delivery)?
Rate the overall teaching effectiveness and presentation skills of faculty for the course.
I am less interested in hearing qualifications of the speakers than in hearing substantive information. I am also not interested in hearing that staff is super excited about new commissioners. At least one of the speakers seemed incapable of forming decipherable thoughts and sentences. But perhaps that was just the poor quality of the transcript. Make an MP3 version available too.
