Exempt Organizations: Updates and Developments
Contains material from Feb 2015
great conference...getting a little tired of Bruce...is he really the expert he is cracked up to be. liked hearing from irs and enjoyed the state portion...misuse of endowed funds and need for board education...
very good grouping of topics!
It was extraordinary to have the IRS Commissioner over the Exempt Organizations section. This is very helpful to me in understanding the culture at the IRS; especially if examinations are going to be a greater focus of the IRS.” The State Trends in Regulatory Oversight panel was very strong and directly relevant to a portion of my work as General Counsel for a Texas Non-profit. Having Hopkins as a speaker, in my view, makes UT’s CLE one of the top in the nation. I have his 11th addition. His outline was very good.
