Tracy is a great presenter - I would watch her talk about anything.

This really was an excellent CLE. Interesting topic and nicely presented. A few of the slides were a little hard to read on the computer due to shading (greys and reds are not that easy to read).

In civil matters, when insurance companies are involved, the attorney has little control over whether a case is tried. An interesting dilemma results: when can an attorney get trial experience? Tort reform has added another reason why cases are not tried.

I thought it was a good course and very challenging on the necessity of being honest about jury trial experience

she was an interesting and good speaker.
