Judy Kostura's presentation is fantastic as always -- the paper alone makes this CLE a must! Appreciated Jay Winckler's concise legislative update as well.

The speakers were excellent, as usual. Each did an excellent job of using their allotted time to report on the complicated topics. The course materials are a fantastic resource.

Judy Kostura's stuff is tabloid fluff. She makes up an awful lot of creative arguments so she can sell her CLE materials to you, and then when people use them, they discover 95% of it is horse****. Her type of "educational" lectures should not be considered CLE. It's entertainment only and suitable for coffeehouse banter or local trial lawyer happy hour. I am disappointed in UT Law for allowing this to be part of your product.
