What was the overall quality of the course (presentation, materials, and technical delivery)?
Rate the overall teaching effectiveness and presentation skills of faculty for the course.
How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?

pretty light on what to do about the problem / speaker really understood the problem, described it in detail, but did not add much value with regards to controlling the problem / "more attorney time at intake" is pretty hollow / also huge amount of time wasted on the # of cases going to supreme court, dont really see the point you are making there in over 10 minutes... to just say irrational clients are irrational we get it / that whole section about an anecdote is a waste of time and not relevant to the general topic

This course was refreshing and interesting. I enjoyed it and appreciate it very much.
