Session 2: Basics of EB-5 Lending- Review the basics of EB-5 lending/investing in the commercial real estate context, including the statutory basis for the program, requirement of job creation, and typical structures and projects. Hear considerations for traditional lenders when EB-5 money is in the capital stack, including setting reasonable expectations, and look at common compliance issues associated with EB-5 programs.
