Ethics - Attorneys in the Hot Seat: Problems and Solutions
Contains material from Oct 2015
A little slow and would like it focused more on small firms.
When I opened the materials only 3 pages showed up.
Good Overview!
Hmmm...I was highly interested in the section of the paper which talked about billing in quarter hour increments vs tenth of an hour increments. I will turn 57 years old in a few weeks so was raised in a different professional world, and in a very small firm am not exposed to the newest thinking (which is the purpose of CLE, I know). My frustration is, there was good coverage of this subject in the paper but the speaker did not cover it at all in her oral presentation. I would have liked to hear her oral discussion on the topic.
