Well done. Enthusiastically presented

Interesting conversion, many practical suggestions, like iphone app for encoding emails.

Very practical and they kept it interesting. There was no video of the speakers or slides, unlike the other UT course I took this month. I had to follow on the slides separately and it was not satisfactory.
