Session 3: Environmental Air Quality Regulatory Updates - An update on recent air quality regulatory developments, including how the ozone levels to date in 2016 may impact EPA’s final ozone nonattainment designations and the latest on methane regulations.

Session 4: Update on CFTC Regulation of Physical and Financial Transactions - Whether hedging, speculating (investing), or simply buying and selling physical commodities, compliance with CFTC mandatory requirements for clearing, margin, registration, reporting, recordkeeping, and position limits has become a major component of everyday life for power and natural gas market participants. News headlines of civil penalties (and jail-time) for regulatory non-compliance, market manipulation and market disruption in commodity markets makes keeping up with the CFTC’s regulations critical! Hear a brief CFTC regulatory update and a peek into the future as we contemplate the potential impacts of this year’s Presidential election.
