Great topic,lots of useful information.

I was disappointed that the UN's Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights was not mentioned until 29 minutes into the presentation. The Guiding Principles constitute the framework in which all of this work is being done. Also, the IBA documents were not mentioned until 35 minutes into the presentation. The IBA and the Guiding Principles should have been discussed at the beginning of the presentation not as an after thought.

The ethics opportunity here still seems more aspirational than firmly imposed by law. But high aspirations for ethical practice and client affiliations are very good to ave and live.
