good overview
Very good topics. Legislature update is hard to make entertaining, but he did a good job. Case law update and Hot Topics were good. I like to print out the materials and follow along on the hard copy. One was 234 pages. A little unmanageable.
very dry and detailed and to the point if you practice in any of the areas that overlap with real estate transactions
