Session 4: Formulating, Confirming and Implementing Complex Plans: Lessons From Life Partners - Using their experience in the Life Partners mega case, the panelists will discuss a variety of issues including competing plans, disclosure and solicitation problems as well as post confirmation transition and operational challenges.
