Session 4: Subrogation and Liens - Examine the ever-changing rules regarding Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, workers' comp, hospital liens, state employees, local employees, and disability plans. Focus on safeguards created by a state law which protects first party and portions of third party recoveries from many insured plans.

Session 6: Negotiating with the Insurance Adjuster - Learn how to maximize case value through preparation and presentation of the demand package.
