Session 2: Tax-Exempt Bond Compliance Strategies Learn about the new IRS safe-harbor management contract rules, and hear an overview of the 2017 Tax Act and its impact on tax-exempt bond financing, and the essential elements of building a post-issuance tax compliance program, including Schedule K reporting.
