Outstanding course materials!

I thought the Effective Management of Internal Investigations could have been a bit more substantive. The other courses were good (Whistleblower developments and Data Management). Data Management was the best, in my opinion, as far as presenting substantive material.

Overall good but substantively the second one was more valuable than the first. I thought the description of the first discussion was not accurate relating to how substantive or informing the course was. No big deal but I may have selected a different course.

Learn how to avoid common pitfalls with e-discovery and data management during internal investigations and litigation. Hear a discussion on topics relating to data retention, outsourcing, collaboration, technology assisted review, and cost management.
