Lawyer 2.0: Lessons from the Next Generation
Contains material from Dec 2018
Very good
Very interesting topic and presented quite a bit of food for thought in working with both jurors and attorneys who are millennials. Love that it was not just negative stereotyping.
More helpful information in the last half of the program. Generally, however, I found the bulk of the presentation stunning as the presenters managed to confirm Millennial stereotypes rather than debunk them, all while passively insulting older attorneys, by suggestions such as they are rude and lack concern for life outside the office.

Can old dogs learn new tricks? As we develop new and innovative ways to try cases, millennial lawyers have a frank discussion of the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to the old way of doing things, and provide valuable insight about how the next generation is trying to do it better.
