Excellent, thank you!

Very good- the interchange between the panelists was excellent. Great case examples

A very dry subject (but necessary - ethics!) and the speakers did a good job, but I had trouble focusing. They stayed seated throughout their presentation and did not really use humor much in their talk, which would have helped. Useful information though.

Enjoyed the presentation and fact patterns

More discussion of how to handle the situations when faced with a client desiring to commit a crime

Good presentation.

Excellent. But must read the cloud computing opinion.

In recent years, the news has highlighted ethics issues relating to conflicts of interest, confidentiality, the use of social media, supervision of non‑lawyers, and other topics.  This panel uses factual scenarios to discuss the requirements and lessons of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, including Rules 1.6, 1.7, 5.3, and 7.1 and to consider practical ways to identify and avoid ethical pitfalls. Some scenarios are ripped from current headlines; others are conceptualizations of problems worth avoiding.
