good I would like a practice course showing the documents

I had trouble downloading the video, but used the audio presentation and slides okay. I was in Firefox and viewing remotely through the law firm remote server. Id that causes problems...during this COVID vacation...a notice and instrucitons of some kind would be helpful.

Perfect intro to securities law.

Would love a repeat course with the amendments to the securities laws, such as accredited investor definition

good!

For the subject matter presented and the time alloted, the speaker did an excellent job. I would have loved a much more in depth presentation that dug deeper into the subject matter and perhaps a case study or two.
