Would be awesome to have a Texas Legislative update session.

Great course with a lot of great material and details. Very well done!

Once again (I have been taking this course for a number of years), you have done an excellent job. The subject matter was diverse; and the presenters were well prepared, knowledgeable, great communicators.

Mostly very good, but I thought the claim construction (first lecture) and damages panel (9th lecture) were kind of hard to follow. The claim construction talk was rushed and often made reference to the accompanying paper, but I often couldn't match the information in the slide being shown to info in the paper. Damages discussion assumed a rather high level of familiarity already, and often threw out case names with no citations.

    Very well done and informative

Some presentations are focused entirely on very large organizations and major law firms. I found this issue to be particularly apparent in the presentation on the role of the GC. I'm left trying to extract useful concepts and information out of a presentation that was prepared without consideration of a broader audience.

    Good selection of topics

Great mix of presenters and approaches.

Y'all need to mix it up. Make Cavazos do a novel topic not the licensing every year. Have an OSS speaker other than Meeker and make her talk about something else. For the love of god, less, please, on privacy and data and cyber, we get it - 1 or 2 is enough. The Kirkland presentation was just as if reading an article. I can read an article on my own. It is torture to listen to someone merely read text. You should also have a "fast listen" option like audible. We also don't need to listen to 5 minute bios of every person. Keep it to 10 seconds and include a link in the materials absent some very compelling reason.

Employee raiding presentation was great. ESG and cyber security presentations were mid.

I was very pleased with the content.

I wish the IP presentation had been longer.

Overall good - as usual some presentations are more relevant than others - would encourage all speakers to provide at least a handful of slides just for participants to use as reminders
