Great set of panelists with good interactions between them. Covered the basics and made it interesting and easy to follow. Thank you.

Excellent presentations, especially in light of current circumstances.

Well presented and with good materials.

Although designed as a ground-level course, much of the discussion was still not basic enough, which is almost a universal problem with CLEs intended to be entry-level courses. I think it's fine to have the verbal discussion at a higher level but only if the written materials are designed for a complete newcomer to the field. Examples of things I think could have been better covered: (1) one presenter said that he sees no reason to choose a PC or PA over a PLLC without explaining the possible pros/cons of the choices available; (2) almost no discussion of LLPs, PCs, PAs; (3) no discussion of tax differences between S-corps and partnerships.

Great course for those new to this area. Well worth the time.

Comments from the 2020 Nuts and Bolts of LLCs, LPs and Partnerships Live Webcast

Barbara, Jennifer, and Shana were all excellent.

Excellent. I really appreciated the panelists' great attitudes and practical experience. I found Barbara's perspective and experience on tax law especially interesting. I would love to attend a separate class taught by her on partnership taxation issues.

Comments from the 2020 Immigration Removal Proceedings Live Webcast

    Very educational and informative. Thanks

For a "basics" course, the 4 presenters did a fantastic job of filling in knowledge gaps with the most recent case law. A really helpful presentation even for veterans.

Technical difficulties interrupted the flow quite a bit, but I think it will sort itself out in future presentations.

Some important cases were mentioned without citation.

The overall quality was affected by the technical difficulties that arose, but otherwise very very good.

Comments from the 2020 Land Use Fundamentals Live Webcast

The program kept going off and on and I had to continue to click back in. Hopefully, things will get better as this period of not attending seminars has to go on.

A good overview of all the topics.

Found this fundamentals very useful. I might suggest allowing more time for the presentations so that more Q&A would be allowed.

Sometimes just looking at the slides is a bit boring. Maybe in the future a thumbnail of the speaker could be shown on the screen if technically feasible. Just a thought as it ti easier to look at a face than a page of words!

    Brenda and Joe were excellent.

Don't start with the tax heavy portion first. Let us get warmed up a little first.

This course was right up my alley as I am new to Charitable Planning. I appreciated how we weren't thrown straight into the deep end of the pool.

I enjoyed the course. It was unclear which slides were being used as they were not in order. I would suggest ordering the slides to align with the speakers.

Generally, very good. I thought the litigator lecturer spent a bit too much time on general contract boilerplate issues, rather than on LLC, LP, issues.
