Amusing panel. I wish it was on video. It was incredibly helpful to hear the U.S. Marshal's perspective! It really helped break down the practical reality of trying to seize a vessel--beyond just what the law is.
It was difficult to hear some of the questions posed by attendees. This subject could easily be the subject of a 2-3 hour presentation.
