Great set of panelists with good interactions between them. Covered the basics and made it interesting and easy to follow. Thank you.

Excellent presentations, especially in light of current circumstances.

Well presented and with good materials.

Although designed as a ground-level course, much of the discussion was still not basic enough, which is almost a universal problem with CLEs intended to be entry-level courses. I think it's fine to have the verbal discussion at a higher level but only if the written materials are designed for a complete newcomer to the field. Examples of things I think could have been better covered: (1) one presenter said that he sees no reason to choose a PC or PA over a PLLC without explaining the possible pros/cons of the choices available; (2) almost no discussion of LLPs, PCs, PAs; (3) no discussion of tax differences between S-corps and partnerships.

Great course for those new to this area. Well worth the time.

Comments from the 2020 Nuts and Bolts of LLCs, LPs and Partnerships Live Webcast

Barbara, Jennifer, and Shana were all excellent.

Excellent. I really appreciated the panelists' great attitudes and practical experience. I found Barbara's perspective and experience on tax law especially interesting. I would love to attend a separate class taught by her on partnership taxation issues.
