this was a good conference

I have been attending CLE courses for over 30 years, and this was one of the best organized and presented seminars I have attended/taken. I think spreading out the case summary sections was a great idea.Most effective was the case study presentation because of the way Judges Isgur and Jones stopped the action to analyze what just happened. Wilcox article is golden!

One of the best CLE's I've attended

The practice tips, like at the end with the judicial panel, as well as how to take depos, do MSJs, etc....thats the most value here.
