Overview

The Texas Chapter of NAELA will have its annual meeting and conference in conjunction with the UT Law’s Estate Planning, Guardianship and Elder Law Conference at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio on Wednesday, August 7th. In addition to the annual meeting and award presentations, the conference presents topics and issues regarding various aspects in the area of Elder Law.

Back This Year! 
Are you a Texas NAELA member? Are you just beginning your practice in Medicaid planning? Are you overwhelmed or just not quite sure how to get started? Are you without help in putting the pieces together to work a case? There may be help for you this year at the Texas NAELA Summer Conference. Texas NAELA is offering a Workshop track at the Summer Conference for the first 24 registrants who RSVP  to participate in the Workshop when registering for the Conference. It will be a very hands-on, interactive case study from the initial client call to the possible appeal. Come casual and ready to work! There is a $75 materials fee that will be required to be paid when registering for the Workshop.
