Judges Bradley and Isgur are joined by Cristina Rodriguez to discuss the debtor’s obligation to disclose and the problems cause by appreciation, increased income and after acquired property in chapter 13, chapter 7, and conversions. Judge Jennifer Elrod, from the U.S Court of Appeals will present a View from The Court Appeals.
