    Nonprofits face an array of restrictions on their political activity. This session addresses the ability of various types of tax-exempt organizations to engage in candidate-related activities, both partisan and non-partisan, with an emphasis on the activities of 501(c)(3) charities and 501(c)(4) social welfare organizations.
