Overview

The University of Texas School of Law and the Texas Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers present Innovations—Breaking Boundaries in Custody Litigation. This unique seminar is unlike any you have ever attended and will keep you engaged from the opening Wednesday evening reception through the final panel on Friday.

Hear from prominent regional and national family law attorneys, psychologists and mental health professionals during interactive, in-depth panel discussions devoted entirely to custody and child-related issues, including:

 - Alienation, Protection or Manipulation?
 - Ethics and Standards in Child Custody Evaluations
 - Creative Strategies When Litigating Unusual Custody and Possession Cases
 - Cross-Examination of Mental Health Professionals

Comments from 2012 conference attendees:

 - I loved it. The best CLE on child litigation I’ve ever been to.

 - Congratulations for putting on one of the best seminars I have ever attended. Most beneficial!

 - I loved all the psychologists and the attorneys were very helpful. This CLE was great!

 - The fact that the faculty had so many Ph.D.s as speakers got my attention – I think we, as attorneys, don’t get to hear from the mental health community enough!
