Employer Liability for Independent Contractor Injury

Review the general case law that addresses employer liability for independent contractor injury under the common law and under the Texas Owner’s Liability Act (Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Chap. 95). Particular attention is paid to two cases that are now in front of the Texas Supreme Court, Joeris and Torres.

A Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you upon claiming credit. The system reports Texas CLE credit every Tuesday.
