Complex Immigration Status Puzzles for Employers - Employers are often faced with complex immigration status issues when they are trying to onboard new employees and complete the required Form I-9. If they fail to accept certain qualifying documentation, they can be subject to penalties for discrimination. This panel will address common difficult status issues employers should know.
