HHS is expected to release new standards next year, including updated requirements for business associate agreements. This session addresses data privacy and other issues relevant to tech companies and  provides an overview of hot topics in the industry. The panel explores legal considerations related to the 21st Century Cures Act Interoperability, Information Blocking, and the ONC Health IT Certification Program and proposed implementing rules.
