Very well done!

The presenter referenced materials and a slide deck that I didn't have. That made it difficult to follow along. Clearly knowledgeable and interesting but a little frustrating that I couldn't read along as he was going.

Need more information about how foreign bars handle specific situations. The information given was too general.

Good program. Very instructive to hear about some of the different views or points of emphasis on professionalism in different countries.

Course was timely and covered interesting issues.

Please present slides with lecture. the paper and outline were grab, but there was content in the slides that would have helped.
