How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?

I like how this is an assortment of relevant materials for a typical consumer practice, based on a practical approach. This is a scary time for the Texas Homestead that gets during 7s or 13s or even after and chapter 7s (or 13?) discharge, wherein the case remains open for some reason. I'm glad Judge Hale's approach acknowledges that.
