Ethics: Privilege in Patent Cases: What’s New?
Contains material from Dec 2016
I always find Mr. Hricik's presentations to be informative and interesting despite the dryness of the subject matter.
Professor Hricik is always a pleasure. My favorite and informative presenter
David is always a great speaker and informative, but there was too much emphasis on the patent agent problem for me. I am not an agent. It was 95% of the course; I'm not sure I would have taken it had I known this ahead of time.
