It would be nice to have the materials available at no extra cost printed for those who prefer that. I attended a good portion of the conference, and finished the rest on line. But I still prefer written materials to go along, and don't like having to spend an extra $50 for printed materials when the course fee is already relatively high. Thanks.
Speaker introductions should be kept to a minimum, particularly for panels of more than one speaker.
More trial and discovery tactics; SOAH litigation. Panels from both sides of the docket. Professional licensing and regulation related litigation strategies, tactics, pitfalls, and Trojan Horses.
For the on-line course, there should be a way for a viewer to resume watching a session at the point where the viewer stopped watching the session. I was about 47 minutes into an hour-long session when I accidently closed the Internet connection. When I logged back in, I had to start from the beginning of the session rather than being able to resume at minutes 47.
Great course (as always). I really enjoyed the speakers this year and found the topics to be relevant and interesting.
