Session 2: ​From Deposition to Cross-Examination: Finding It, Organizing It, and Using It Cover the nuts and bolts of deposition and cross-examination techniques, including using a deposition to gather the information necessary to prepare a cross-examination strategy in order to control the witness at trial.
 
Session 3: Defense Perspective on Medical Records Hear from defense attorneys in the purpose, analysis, and use of medical records.
 
Session 4: Turning Weaknesses into Strengths at Trial Hear lessons in overcoming common damages defenses (i.e. pre-existing conditions, low property damage, “gaps” in treatment, criminal records, etc.) and how to embrace your client’s story.

Session 5: Trying the Car Wreck Case from the Defense Perspective A defense lawyer's opinion about why cases are lost.
