How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?

Excellent. Very thought provoking.

Enjoyed the presentation. As an old hand inhouse lawyer there were some good reminders and some new insights, but all very helpful and easy to digest.

This was an excellent course and I learned a lot of better ways to do things in my in-house practice. I appreciate it. I would move the camera at times to show the screen he is looking at. That's my only feedback.

Whether a major industrial accident, a crippling cyber attack, or any other major corporate crisis, in-house counsel play a critical role in managing their organization’s response. From ensuring appropriate evidence preservation, interviewing witnesses and managing the company’s response to government investigations, to anticipating potential litigation, responding to media inquiries and assessing strategic risk, perhaps no other situation asks more from in-house legal departments. Review strategies and best practices for effectively managing the diverse array of responsibilities thrust upon in-house counsel in the wake of a major incident.
