How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?

The course was well organized and clear. I would suggest adding specific examples in lieu of generalizing. The tip at the end on preparing a settlement agreement in advance is helpful

I will use these suggestions at my next mediation.

I ENJOYED THE PRESENTATION AND FOUND IT INFORMARTIVE. HOWEVER, AS A MEDIATOR AS WELL AS ANACTIVE ATTORNEY, I FOUND MYSELF FLIP FLOPPMNG ON MY THOUGHTS DEPENDING ON WHICH WORK HART I HAPPENED TO BE WEARING AT THE MOMENT. IT MIGHT BE HELPFUL TO OCCASIONALLY DESCRIBE HOW ANY ONE POINT MAY BE VIEWED DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE MEDIATOR. FOR INSTANCE, SOME ATTORNEIES SEEM TO EXPECT THE MEDIATOR TO COME WITH A PRE DRAFT OF A POSSIBLE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. AS A MEDIATOR, I AM LOATH TO DO SO.
