Session 2: Judicial Panel - Observations and suggested techniques for ZOOM and socially-distanced proceedings

Session 3: The Impacts of COVID-19 on Open Courts - With stay-at-home orders and risks to public health, the primarily virtual Texas court system was challenged to ensure open and accessible courts during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session will discuss how the courts remained open to the public and the policy challenges brought about by the innovations.

Session 4: Remote Proceedings: What’s the New Normal, and What Comes Next? - Remote Proceedings Task Force members—including Chair, Chief Justice Christopher—will address the state of affairs and expectations relating to remote proceedings in Texas.
