Less religious references, please.

This is not a criticism of this course as much as an observation. I've watched two presentations in two days in which they've dealt with aggregate settlements. In 24 years of practice I've never known an attorney who was involved in this sort of settlement. It's Mr. Snuffolufagus as far as I'm concerned so may be just a touch too obscure to make it a common subject of discussion. Just my opinion.
