The 2023 Land Use Fundamentals introduces a new format this year that utilizes a land planning storyline. This course provides key concepts and procedures, plus practical tips to some of the more complex areas of land use law, including zoning, platting, and development incentives available in Texas. It is the ideal introduction for new entrants to the field or a refresher for seasoned practitioners.
