Reflections on the U.S. Supreme Court
Really enjoyed the course, a fresh perspective on the Supreme Court
Excellent presentation, great and timely CLE on important topic
Excellent. Great graphics. Topical and relevant.
Professor Vladeck is a credit to the University.
Professor Vladeck was superb.
Thoughtful comments on S.Ct. institution
Excellent. Professor Vladek addresses Alito's controversial comment that "We [Supreme Court Justices] are accountable to NO ONE" and totally eviscerates Alito's view from constitutional, historical and and practical perspectives. Along the way we should all be reminded that when the courts become illegitimate, we as lawyers become nothing more than players in a con game.
