I would prefer more real-life examples or "war stories." Maybe AI technology is so new that lawyers don't have as many experiences to share. Emily Black provided a brief snippet about Chegg, an online tutoring company. But she could have expanded this example and listed the AI risks that were disclosed in the company's 10-K and explain the dramatic stock decline that started in 2021.
