Attendees will learn to: Ensure compliance with disciplinary rules when using today’s technology tools. Effectively brand and market a legal practice, including generating leads. Assess the financial health of your law firm and make sure your practice is efficient for both you and your clients. Expand your firm by hiring contract or associate attorneys. Maintain mindfulness amidst the stress of being a small firm practitioner. Select, keep, and even fire clients as needed . Attendees will also receive an additional 1.5 hours of on-demand ethics hours after the conference to help them complete their MCLE ethics requirement.
