The 13th Biennial Family Law Legislative Update is the definitive post-legislative preview of new rules and key legislative developments for family law practitioners. A mind-popping 954 changes to the Family Code have passed at least one house of the Texas Legislature. One bill had over 250 changes, but nevertheless, it appears we are on track for a very high, if not record-setting number of changes to the Code.
