The only presentation that was terrible was the one by Ms. Stein (Federal Agency Updates). She is only a political hack. She is not someone with substantive knowledge useful for practicing attorneys. All she did was spew out a lot of pro-Biden, anti-Trump political garbage. These are supposed to be legal seminars. Yes, politics (whether pro or con as to the current administration) affects what lawyers need to do in their practices. But Stein provided nothing practical - she just bitched about Trump. I can listen to TV for free for political points of view; paying for CLE and getting nothing but vehement political opinion is very disappointing. All the other presentations were very good to excellent.
