Enforcement Trends Across the Healthcare Industry is my favorite presentation. I'd like to see this expanded in some way so we can hear more from the investigator's point of view. Hearing more from the OIG and OCR would be great.
Great, balanced course as usual. Would suggest having maybe a smaller, semi-annual (maybe virtual) specialized event - one for litigation/managed care, one for facility, one for M&A
Overall, EXCELLENT relevant legal information. I learned a lot. As is the case with all CLE, some speakers and topics were better and more relevant than others.
The Health Law Pre-Conference is the perfect overview and conference primer—for both new entrants and seasoned practitioners in the field—with sessions on health law fundamentals and issues in health law.
